Guardified Privacy Policy

2. Data We Process
We may process merchant account identifiers, Shopify shop and product references, inventory levels, platform account IDs, OAuth credentials/tokens, Guardified rule settings, and technical logs required to operate the service.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed to provide inventory-based ad protection, execute configured campaign pause/resume actions, secure the platform, and provide customer support.
4. TikTok Data Usage
When a merchant enables TikTok integrations, Guardified processes TikTok-related data only for approved and merchant-authorized use cases. Guardified does not sell TikTok data.
5. Sharing and Subprocessors
We share data only with service providers and platform APIs needed to operate Guardified, or where disclosure is required by law.
6. Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal obligations, abuse prevention, and security operations, then deleted or anonymized where possible.
7. Security Measures
Guardified uses encryption in transit, access controls, and operational safeguards designed to protect data confidentiality and integrity.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, merchants may request access, correction, deletion, or export of relevant personal data by contacting us.
