This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with Guardified, including data connected through the Meta app integration.
Guardified Data Deletion Instructions
To request deletion of Guardified-related data, email support@p-h.solutions.
2. How to Submit a Request
Send an email to support@p-h.solutions with the subject line 'Guardified Data Deletion Request'.
3. Information to Include
Please include the business name, your Shopify shop domain if applicable, and any relevant Meta identifiers you have available, such as your ad account ID, business ID, or the email address used during authorization. This helps us locate the correct records.
4. Verification
To protect account security, we may request additional information to verify that the request is authorized before deleting data.
5. What We Delete
After successful verification, we will delete or anonymize the Guardified-related data that is no longer required for service delivery, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
6. Processing Time
We review deletion requests without undue delay and aim to complete them within a reasonable period, subject to verification and applicable legal retention obligations.
