When did Stocky shut down?
Shopify shut Stocky down on 31 August 2026, after removing it from the Shopify App Store on 2 February 2026, so it can no longer be installed or used to manage inventory. Shopify had already removed stock transfers and min/max reorder points from Stocky in July 2025. Historical Stocky data does not move into Shopify automatically. Shopify keeps read-only export access open for at least 90 days after the shutdown, so export anything you want to keep now.
Did Stocky require Shopify POS Pro?
Yes. Stocky was included with Shopify POS Pro, which is about $89/mo per location, so it was only free if you already paid for POS Pro. Merchants who installed Stocky before 4 May 2020 kept it on any plan. Logistified does not require POS Pro and starts at $12/mo.
