Pricing questions
How does billing work?
Billing for the Essential, Enhanced and Elevate plans is handled securely through Shopify — you start from the Logistified App Store listing and the subscription appears on your normal Shopify invoice. Enterprise is billed by agreement.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Essential, Enhanced and Elevate include a 14-day free trial so you can forecast, build purchase orders and import your data before you are charged.
Can I connect an AI agent (Claude or ChatGPT)?
Yes — on every plan. Logistified's AI Agent (MCP) integration lets Claude, ChatGPT or a custom agent read your data and create/send purchase orders, receive goods, run transfers and manage suppliers. Supplier-return (RMA) actions require the Elevate plan.
Is there a REST API?
Yes, on the Elevate plan. The public REST API (v1, currently read-only beta) exposes purchase orders, stock takes and transfer orders via Bearer tokens for custom integrations.
What's in the Enterprise plan?
Everything in Elevate plus go-live and onboarding support, ongoing priority support with an SLA, team training, customizations/bespoke work and a dedicated contact. Pricing starts from $100/month — contact us for a quote.
Do I also need Assemblified?
No — Logistified works on its own. If you sell bundles or manufacture from components, connecting Assemblified lets Logistified plan and purchase at the raw-material (BOM) level, which most inventory apps cannot do.
How many SKUs and locations are supported?
All plans support large catalogs and multiple Shopify locations. Pricing is a flat monthly fee per tier — no per-SKU, per-order or per-location charges.
